What can you do?
We feel we have no choice but to express our concerns again at the Public Hearing. We urge you to sign the petition on line, or when we come to your door with the petition.
In addition, you can write a short e-letter to the Mayor & Council, mayorandcouncil@vancouver.ca ,expressing your concern about this unprecedented rezoning and inappropriate development. We are in favour of social housing for this site, but want it to be good social housing that fits our neighbourhood.
We also urge you to join us on Tuesday, November 3, at 7:30 pm at City Hall. The more Kitsilano residents that are present, the better chance we have of being heard. We need to take a stand on what we believe is best for our neighbourhood and our city.
